Greeting again! This issue we will continue our story about circadian rhythm. Let’s see what we should behave during the evening and night time.
7.00 – 9.00 p.m. is the period of the pericardium which is an important part of the heart and is also the period of cardiovascular system. Around 7.00 p.m. is the period that body temperature getting to the highest point, so those who have skin disease should be careful because the symptoms could increase during this period.
9.00 – 11.00 p.m. is the period of the triple heater systems i.e. breathing system which affect the upper body part (heart-lung), digestive system which affect the middle body part (stomach, spleen, liver) and excretory system which affect the lower body part (kidney, bladder, small intestine). This is the period that our body is balancing its temperature and the temperature will gradually go down from its peak. Excretion would be halted during this period. The body would start to excrete melatonin, so we should go to sleep during this period.
11.00 p.m. – 1.00 a.m. is the period of that gall bladder would gather bile from liver and send it to small intestine to help digest the fat. Thus, gall bladder and liver are organs that work together very closely.
1.00 – 3.00 a.m. is the period of that liver would clean the toxic from the body and lower the glucose level in blood system by synthesizing and storing it as glycogen. At 2 a.m. the body will excrete melatonin the most, thus we should be able to sleep deeply during this period so that the blood could flow well into the liver. Insomnia, stress, intoxication, or eating very sweet food will cause problems to the liver. For those who have heart problems, the symptoms could occur easily during this period and lead to heart failure.
And this is all about the circadian rhythm that you could try to adapt to your life style. I believe that this would be more or less beneficial for all of the readers. If we can live according the natural rhythm, then our body would be adjusting to the balanced and harmonized state. Good bye for this issue ^^
