Manage stress with food and vitamins

When the body is dealing with stress, it may experience weariness, exhaustion, or fatigue. Stress that accumulates or is chronic for an extended period can lead to depression. When Cortisol tries to relieve stress, the immune system is weakened, making it more likely that you will become ill or infected, which is why we frequently become ill when our minds are disrupted, or we are stressed.

The vitamins that help Cortisol reduce stress are all antioxidants, whether A, B, C, or E. Vitamin B contains various vitamins that help relieve stress, including vitamins B 1, 3, 6, and 12. What are the distinguishing features of each B? Let’s look into this together.

Cortisol not only helps relieve stress but also regulates blood sugar and blood pressure. Cortisol can be stated to help maintain the body’s balance while under stress.

When our bodies are stressed, especially chronic stress that accumulates over time, the vitamins that help us manage stress drop. As a result, we need to supplement with these vitamins so that the body can continue to manage stress effectively.
